Fine Wines Presentation
Canaan Winery Wineshop
After upgrading the brand image of Canaan Winery, taasdesign carried out the spatial planning and interior design of Canaan Winery's wine exhibition hall, incorporating the new brand image into the exhibition hall design. The exhibition hall serves as a brand experience center that integrates elements of people, objects, and space, allowing for a direct communication of the brand image and product information.
# Design Concept
Canaan Winery actively responds to the national layout and planning for the 2022 Beijing Winter Olympics and the Beijing-Zhangjiakou Sports, Culture, and Tourism Belt. The winery plans to gradually strengthen its wine industry in the future and integrate it with regional ecological tourism and local cultural experience projects, exploring and building for the long-term development of the company.
The wine exhibition hall will become an essential stop for all visitors to Canaan Winery. Canaan Winery hopes that the design team will not only create a visually appealing presentation in the exhibition hall but also ensure ample storage space and allow for flexibility in future use. Therefore, our design focuses on both content and functional layout, achieving the most ideal comprehensive results within the limited space.
Compared to "practicality," "aesthetics" is more important. The exhibition hall space aims to showcase the most beautiful aspects of wine, reflecting the atmosphere of enjoying fine wine. The overall design features an elegant and exquisite wood tone, with wine glass lights suspended from the ceiling forming a flowing and undulating shape, reminiscent of the layered mountains of the Huailai region. The ceiling uses corrugated metal, echoing the wine glass lights and diffusing a shimmering light, creating a floating and glittering water-like beauty.
The biggest visual highlight of the entire space, and also the most challenging aspect set by the design team, is the custom-designed wine glass lights on the ceiling, which resemble a sparkling galaxy. The design and prototyping of these lights took the team several months, and with professional dedication, we finally allowed visitors to Canaan Winery to enjoy this unique starlight.
Raise Nakashima to bar height to allow wine tasting guests to linger and interact here.
The perforated panels in the cabinets on both sides can be used in the future to display and sell cultural and peripheral merchandise.
The concealed cabinet doors can be closed to create a more serene and understated overall space.
